We offer services such as building management system, generator management -which includes service and repair, water leak detection, UPS system maintenance and supply, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, cleaning service, visual security planning and executing, pest control services, gas suppression system installation service, HVAC/Chiller/Crac installation, landscaping service and waste management service. Adding to that, we also provide pantry and stationeries supply to ease the managing your workplace. The company has extensive experience in building management works and has undertaken numerous projects with diverse range of clients include high-rise residential complexes, shopping complexes, mall and office towers. SS Engineering & Workplace Solutions applies a management system in line with current need of buildings in Malaysia. In addition to design, SS Engineering & Workplace Solutions provides consulting services for technical assistance on building management to our clients. SS Engineering & Workplace Solutions also involved in preparation of tender documents, project management, construction supervision, quality control, expert appraisal, bid evaluation and post auditing.
